The absence of interstices and the mirror finishing of the
components assure the best hygiene. The process connection
is a diaphragm seal integrally built with the pressure gauge.
Process connection: electro polished AISI316 st. st. with following
fitting: DN 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80
Diaphragm: electro polished AISI316L st. st. TIG welded
Suitable pressure ranges: -1…0 a 0…40bar
Seal fill: non toxic oil for food service FDA approved
Ambient temperature: -25 / +65°C (+15 / +65°C for liquid filled types)
Process temperature: 65°C max (can be cleaned and steamed in place
to 120°C / 250°F)
Accuracy: at 20°C of process fluid temperature, or to specify on order
(to added at the instrument accuracy): ±0,5% for direct mounting
