Packings HV1023 TANK

The new packing HV1023 Tank represents the result of our research on braided gaskets for static applications. An elastomeric core is surrounded by an acrylic fibers jacket then the structure is tighyly overbraided with pure PTFE yarn to ensure total sealability. This manufacturing proceed guarantees to withstand repeated opening and closing cycles of tank lids and also allows to perfectly fit inside lids grooves. The high resistance of the materials makes this packing suitable to be used almost in all applications on tanks handling chemicals, oils, solvents and foodstuffs. Available upon request as endless rings, it meets U.S. Coast Guard requirements for lid sealing of hazardous cargoes.
