C-O PTFE Lip Seals DICHTA

C-O PTFE LIP SEALS are designed to improve the performance of a elastomeric rotary shaft seal and mostly applied in special working conditions.

Our C-O PTFE LIP SEALS are available with single or double lip made of filled PTFE; the metal case is manufactured in AISI 316L, carbon steel or Alloy C276 and the gasket, preventing a potential leakage path, is made of different elastomers (NBR, FPM, VMQ & EPDM) or using filled PTFE. Special configurations are available upon request.

C-O PTFE LIP SEALS can replace elastomeric rotary shaft seals according to DIN 3760 offering superior performance (lower friction, extended temperature range, higher pressure & surface speed). Moreover, PTFE seals offer universal chemical resistance and can be used for dry running applications.
